We have seen a marked increase in enquires for commercial premises from the start of 2014 which mirrors the pick up in the UK economy. Bath remains a popular place to work and we have a number of high quality office and retail premises available to rent but, based on current enquiry levels, we do not expect then to hang around!
Developers are also becoming more and more active, particularly residential developers, as house prices continue to grow and most recents forecasts predict this continuing for at least the short term and if not longer.
If you have land that may have development potential then do get in touch. A number of Local Authorities in the West Country are struggling to finalise their housing allocations and there may be opportunities to obtain planning consents for development land that might not have been forthcoming a year or so ago.
