Who can undertake an RICS Red Book Valuation?
All reputable lenders will require a Valuation to be prepared by a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who is both experienced in the geographical area concerned and with the property type to be valued.Further, the Chartered Surveyor must be part of the Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS).This ensures utmost scrutiny and provides a record relevant experience.
